We will accompany you to any of our available properties with viewing facilities available from 8.30am up to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and from 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday.
When you decide you wish to rent one of our properties, we will require employment references and you will need to pass a credit test.
In addition to the rental required, you will need to pay a security bond and a small administration fee prior to your moving in.
We will organise the gas, electricity, council tax and water accounts into your name from your moving in date and we will ensure that the house is safe in respect of gas safety, electrical safety and conformity with all fire regulations.
We will be available to you from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and at all other times via an answering service should you need any assistance with any matter to do with your home.
Warrington is a medium size town of some 250,000 residents and is well served by the motorway network including the M6 running north to south, the M62 running east to west and the M56 running from Manchester to Wales.
The town has very good shopping facilities both in the centre of the town and in several malls on the outskirts.
We have the benefit of main line railway routes with trains running from Carlisle to London and a further rail route running from Liverpool through Manchester to Yorkshire.
